Axiom currently manages over 4,800 apartments in the Midwest delivering the following for all properties under management.
- Axiom property managers are fully cognizant of each property’s plan. Our managers help develop and customize a management plan for each property to maximize the owner’s goals and objectives. Managers take full responsibility and accountability of the plan.
- Axiom property managers, on site leasing staffs and maintenance staffs are continually trained and licensed for the role they assume. Monthly continuing education is provided through Grace Hill for the entire site staff.
- Axiom maintains a focus on resident retention and has enjoyed success in upgrading the tenant base while controlling turnover and marketing expenses.
- Axiom has developed and continually utilizes proven lease up techniques to outperform the market in strong or turbulent market conditions. Most Axiom communities utilize Call Source to record and track marketing performance.

Utility Allocation Systems, LLC (UAS)
Axiom provides Residential Utility Billing System (RUBS) through UAS. RUBS has two primary benefits first to pass through the cost of utilities to the tenants and improve the owner’s bottom line. Second, tenants conserve the utilities they are responsible for.
- Can be used to recover water, gas, electricity, trash or any other cost involved in operation of the property.
- Flexible to provide full or partial recovery of utility.
- Can be implemented quickly, within 30 days for existing RUBS users.
- Can bill by standard US mail, electronic mail, or a mix of both.
- Can provide Automatic ACH Debiting for resident payments of utilities and rent.
